The service was friendly and approachable, but witnessing staff smoking during check-in was a letdown. The location was quiet and safe, centrally placed in Silicon Valley with elegant seating areas but facing the parking lot directly. The dining options were limited and not freshly prepared, suggesting breakfast elsewhere. Despite these shortcomings, the facilities were satisfactory, making my stay bearable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was really friendly. However, there were limited places to put our bags, and the dining options could be improved. The location is peaceful, and the service was top-notch. Overall, good value for money.
